Upload box too small

    How can I make the boxes for uploading or attatching files full screen size? The prime example is Sonic DVD. The add files box is too small to effectively go through My documents to find the file. The boxes that open to upload files to email are also small. The window can be "sized" bigger but is there a permanent solution?
