Upload problems with Snapfish

    I can't upload photos in a batch to Snapfish. I get a script error and the page needed to perform the upload selections never appears. Others have written that this can be fixed by deleting IE7 and downloading IE6. Didn't work. I am running XP Home with a CoredDuo Intel at 2.11gig and 4gig of memory. Snapfish suggests that I upload one by one. As if! I'll go back to analog first!

    Script Error? can you expand on this more, does the message say anything else?


    Have a feeling that as many of these uploaders to online sites use Java, is that your Java is corrupted or out of date, so run JavaRa to remove all old Java versions and then download and install the updated Java here have your browser in IE closed when running these.

    I have tried Firefox with the same results. A clean install of Java doesn't do it either. I get Character expected, Line 107, character 5, Code 0 when I click on the page error symbol of IE7. I'd use MPIX or another service, but Snapfish is so convenient and cheap- essential for an old retired guy! Thanks for your help. Any other ideas. As I said Snapfish was about as helpful as you'd expect HP to be.

    Hi

    As you have tried two browsers with same faulting issue in uploading images to snapfish, next suspect is likely to possibly be in the security programs your running, try disabling any popup blockers and your Firewall/Antivirus or any live scanning tools you may have Spybots TeaTimer, to see if that resolves this, then we can look for a better workaround.

    Also if using the Quickupload tool, uninstall it then re-install, it could be corrupted.
