Upload Trial

    Have a blue screen problem with Win XP Pro, and want to upload the minidump but a bit rusty at this. I know you can't upload it directly but I've forgotten what to do can you advise?

    Hi

    In many cases the dump while informational is not the easiest route to diagnosing the issue the actual BSOD code is and in full, so start a new thread in the software part of the forum with an attached dump report and the BSOD code in full and we can see what we can do to help fix the issue.

    Do also mention OS version and Service Pack and steps to how the BSOD happened or what software was installed prior to BSOD or if booting into Safe Mode doesnt help.
