Uploading template to site

    Hi,

    I'm a newbie and am feeling computer illiterate. :(

    I have a template that I purchased and a website. I downloaded Filezilla and I'm trying to get a connection to the site, but it gives me the "connection timed out--cannot connect" error and/or "ECONNRESET - Connection reset by peer" error.

    How do I fix this?

    Should I leave my firewall on?
