Urge media player error 1324...

This error keep occuring over and over....what in the world can i do to fix.
What occurs is this: Any time media player comes up whether it be for music or video 2 boxes pop up. the first says "Please wait while windos configures URGE. This is followed by "Error 1324. the path start menu contains an invalid character" I heard this was the place to come to for these types of issues and forgive me for being less descriptive than i imagine you are accustomed to. All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

hey, i looked and found a fix that you guys already posted....I deleted media player and installed VLC media player....wow, so much better. Thanks!
