Urgent!!! Computer Vandal

I downloaded an internet tool called 'Exposed,' which is supposed to clean up leftovers. But, after the install, and I tried to open it, I got a message saying a file was missing, so I tried to uninstall, but I received this message.

I looked it up on google, and I downloaded a computer vandal. How do I get it off my PC? I can't find it in my registry. It's in my files, but it won't delete.

HELP!!!

 

Now my homepage has been taken over. I can't access it or internet options from the tools menu in toolbar. I get this message.

I can get onto the internet via my favorites folder, and I can access internet options from there.

Thanks painface, Spybot did the trick. I had it already, but I scanned with AdAware and SpySubtract, but found nothing, so I didn't bother with Spybot.

The vandal I had was a webdialer. It attached itself to Spybot and was using it, according to the info from Spybot. Spybot was hijacked, if you can believe that. Is nothing sacred anymore?
