Urgent help needed please

I have found this exploit.html.mht (a malicious program) while running Kapersky's online scanner. I tried scanning this using my current antivirus avast, but it did not pick this up. I do not know how to delete this thing. Have been searching for the last few hours and still no luck. Can somebody help me please as I've typed some confidential account # in and am very worried now that $ may be transferred out,


I've also run Sybot search and destroy but it did not pick up anything.
With regards to Sybot search and destroy, how does one deactivate the tea timer. I don't see any function to deactivate it and I do not know whether I have it. All I know is that I have the latest update which include help for tea timer. Thks

 

Hi billp. To sort out your malware problems post a thread in the Malware Removal forum. The guys are the best and will kill anything malicious in your PC. Just make sure you follow all the instructions in the Read and Run guide.
As for your problem with Spybot S & D. Open Spybot and click "mode". Check the advanced mode. Now you will see that three more menus are available on the left of the screen. Open the "tools" menu and go to the option ''resident" (there is a little red shield icon). Now make sure the box: "resident Tea Timer"
is disabled. You can leave the other box checked.
