Hi everyone, on my desktop I decided to change the FSB and DDRAM frequency to 400/800FSB because it was set at 200mhz and 533mhz. Now I turned on my system and it wont BOOT UP! whats the problem?

you overclocked it to high. Look for a jumper next to the watch battery and move it over a space.

You've overclocked it too much, that's what you've done!

Go back to BIOS and put it back to the default.

When overclocking, you should gradually increase the voltages, not just jump in at the deep end!
