Urgent Help!!!

I have windows Vista on a dell m1330 laptop, it as been playing up at bit recently, but i got home from footie training today and tried to log in and "User profile cannot be loaded" logging off, what is this all about?? it wont let me log in at all on my account. I can log in to other accounts such as my brothers account fine. ive tried rebooting, ive also started it up in "safe mode". It allows me to log in but obvi i only get very basic things and wont let me change anythng or add a new administrator accout as my account is the only admin account, i dont know what else to do. PLEASE HELP, thanks.

 

You could try the options at this link. The second option deletes your profile, so you would have to set up your shortcuts and other preferences again.
