Urgent - Stuck In Mobo Screen After New Gpu

I bought GTX 950 to replace my 7800 HD since it's broken. I uninstall all AMD drivers, plug in the new GPU but now I'm stuck in motherboard splash screen.

I'm not sure what the problem is. I tried installing my old & broken GPU and it let me boot to Windows. Could it be my new GPU is faulty? I'd like to find out first because the store is closed now and I can't go back to the store until this weekend.

Could it be my motherboard is outdated and thus can't work with the GPU? I'm attaching my mobo model.

I also tried going to my manufacturer's website but I'm really not sure which one I should download to update my mobo. Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Not sure how to update my original post. But here it is:

I got it working to get past the splash screen by switching to Legacy Rom while having my old GPU installed. While now my pc is working fine, I'm wondering what caused this in the first place and whether I can switch back from Legacy Rom. Quick google tells me it's not a good idea to stay in this mode since it disable some stuff. So it's pretty sure my mobo & the new GPU isn't interacting well, but wondering why.

Out of date? I'm really not sure how to update it.

 

Where does it say, "it's not a good idea"? The stuff it disables does not affect performance.

I would suspect the card before the motherboard. I have the exact same motherboard, BTW. I would try installing the new card again, and make sure you properly connected the extra power cables and that your PSU is capable of supporting the card.
