US Citizenship test

Apparently 26/30 is a passing grade. I got 24 -- does that mean I have to leave?

I got a 26, Eisenhower born in Texas threw me. I thought he was from Kansas...

 

Well, it looks like I failed also Publius!! I don't know about you, but I guess I'll just go to the UK!! I should have known that there was something fishy about this test....as soon as I clicked on the link you provided, a van from the "Department Of Homeland Security" pulled into my drive way!!!

 

The irony of it is, most American born citizens would probaby fail that test.
Where was Ike born? Gee-sus-H.. who cares. The fact that he was a president and perhaps what number might be relevant but where he was from? blargh..

 

Actually that test is wrong. English is the official language of the US and was voted on when the nation was formed. It won over German by 1 vote.

 

English, German, Spanish and French were the proposed national languages. Anyone care to guess which one came in last.

If that's the case, you should have to take two tests to stay where you are.

 

Living in Canada is testing enough as it is...
