USA proxy

    yesterday on shoutbox we were talking and looking at the shuttle re entry plus some were watching NASCAR when i tried to link to it i got the message USA FEED ONLY it was suggested that i use a USA proxy could anybody tell me how to go about it as i have no idea and do not wish to make my Internet unusable
