Hey, I installed a new mobo with a new case. The MOBO was a MSI K8N Neo for AMD 64 bit processors,The case is the X-Dreamer II. It has two USB ports open the front. I installed and hooked up the USB from the motherboard to the front of the case but it'st not functioning. The ones in the back of the mobo are functioning. But the front ones arn't. Any tips on this? I doubled checked that if it was hooked up properly.

    Thanks guys

    Hi,

There maybe a setting in bios to enable the additional usb headers.

To get to the BIOS, you usually hit delete while your computer is booting up, it will take you to a screen with all kinds of settings and such. Look around for USB settings, maybe you don't have them turned on somewhere.

USB 2.0 is fairly newer too, you may need drivers, I am assuming thats a VIA based chipset:

You need to also, as PC Jedi said, read your motherboard manual, it is a good idea to understand BIOS settings if your changing motherboards, this is required knowledge :) All manuals explain BIOS settings step by step.
