Usb Adapter For Smart Tv

Hello;
We have a number of videotapes that we a having digitized on to thumb drive and plan to view them on a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV. The problem is the USB input is not readily accessible for changing out the thumb drives. I am thinking of an adapter that will allow me to plug in once to the TV and have ports for a thumb drive, digital cards Etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thinking of something to allow me to use a card reader and input video from a cell phone and a camera too!
