USB bluetooth dongle-ethernet

    I have a Sony bluetooth speaker device and have been using a Toshiba dongle and had to download the Toshiba stack,which I have heard causes problems(the download)
    I saw someone selling these dongles at a carboot the other day and he mentioned nobody uses them anymore?
    My Nividia mother board has Realteck Ethernet is that the same as a Bluetooth?(wireless) would I be able to run the Sony speaker through that without always turning on the usb? :)
