USB Device Not Recognized

    This notification keeps popping up again and again telling me "USB Device Not Recognized".

    I've tried doing a system restore, uninstalling all the usb drivers on my computer, and many other troubleshooting methods I've found on google - none which solved this.

    Also, when I'm in the device manager it keeps blinking white and resetting my position back to the top.
