Usb Devices Not Working

    Hello,

    I have tried to open up some usb memory drives and found my USB ports are not working. I have run the windows trouble shooter but it did not do any good.
    How do I find and install the correct drivers, assuming this is the problem.

    I get the following from control panel:

    Hello, You need to find the name and model of your motherboard to see if their website has drivers. Hope this helps

    Thank for your reply. Apparently Dell do not support Widows 10 for my PC. Are there generic drivers I can download?

    If still failing to get your USB drive to work... a last ditch effort might be to delete the three items with exclamation marks. Turn off computer. Connect your USB drive(s). Restart computer. Windows 'should' automatically install the needed drivers.
