USB Driver Issues

I'm having an issue utilizing my USB ports, my flash drives or controllers are simply not loading I've never had an issue before. The install wizard is telling me that There was a problem installing the hardware and that An error occurred during the installation of the device Access Denied I'm established as an Admin and I did choose the "ignore" option in the hardware settings. I'm not completely computer illiterate but this is beyond my abilities. I'm honestly at my wits end with this problem help!!

Have you tried System Restore to a time before this began?
