USB Flash drive doesn't work any more

    I have Windows XP and I installed a 2 port PCI USB hub and since I installed it, my 128MB usb stick doesn't work.

    If i put it into one of my orginal ports, it says "USB device not recognised." I have tried it on another XP system but I get the same result.

    I think the problem lies with the USB flash drive.

    If the info on the USB stick isn't important, you might try to FDISK and FORMAT it. Make sure that you FDISK the USB drive and not your C drive, of course.

    Other than that, maybe write it off to experience and buy another USB flash drive. They are becoming cheaper every day. Bazza
