Usb Flash Drive Reboots Computer

    Good morning. I have looked through all the suggestions here and across the net and have not had any success. When a digital camera was plugged into USB it rebooted the computer. A flashdrive does the same. I tried a USB mouse and that works. I checked the power supply and it does not move when the drive is plugged in. I even tried a PCI USB boad and get the same results. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Jim

    Go into the BIOS and disable allowing the computer to boot from a USB drive. See if that fixes the problem. Because the computer might be seeing the camera card and the USB flashdrive as bootable, it might be trying to boot and it reboots on you.
