   I have Win7. 64Bit and a USB Flash Drive.
   
   I am going to put some Folders on it and have MPG Videos and JPG Photos and MP3 Files.
   
   Now I have a Blue Ray Player and it has a USB Port because you can Play Media.
   
   I wanted to know should I Format it as FAT32?
   
   It is a 64 GB Drive.
   
   People say if you are using a Device for Storage use FAT32 but I never new why?
