Usb Header Pin Setting

I Have A E-machines T 4165 With A Trigem Dublin Dl 845 Mobo, I Had To Swithch Cases And Now The New Front Usb's Are Only Four Wires And The Old Were Five, On Top Of The The Old Cable Had A Plug With All The Wires Connected And Now The New One Is All Seperate,
The Header Pin Config Is As Followes, 2 Paralel Rows Of Pins 2 Pins Then An Open Slot Then Four Pins Both Rows Are Indentical. It Would'nt Be So Bad If The Wires Were The Same Color But They Are Not, The Old Cable Had 2 Red, 2 White, 2 Blue, 2 Yellow & 1 Black.
The New Cable Is Red, Black, White,green, Any Help Is Welcomed, Thanks, Oh I've Been To Just About Every E-machines Site I Can Find Even Went To Trigem But All Their North American Offices Are Closed And The Only Active Site Is In Korea.
