Got some stuff in a rummage sale including a USB memory stick which contains half dozen files with odd characters instead of normal file names, a number of which of which are labelled "System". Not possible to delete files message |"Cannot read from source file or disk".
Any suggestions on how I can access and delete these files ?

Did you try right clicking on the drive in Windows explorer and selecting format?

First Sergeant, you deserved promotion! -- Thanks, worked perfectly. I am embarrased that I did not think of that.

    Cheers
