In BIOS, wake up with USB device is enabled. Both USB keyboard and mouse are enabled.

However, in device manager, there is Power Management tab for the USB mouses. Pressing it has no effect when the machine is in standby.

    Any way to fix it?

    Thanks

In Device Manager, right click the USB (enhanced or 2.0) Root Hub and select properties. Go to the Power Management tab.
For sure, you want unchecked Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

As to the mouse, try checking allow this device to bring the computer out of standby.
