   when I insert a usb key this dell inspiron 1300 crashes "blue screen"
   and has to be restarted. the usb key works perfectly in any other computer
   in fact any usb device will cause crash.the computer is otherwise working perfectly..:

   • unplug computer
   • remove battery
   • hold down ON button for 30 seconds
   • replace battery
   • plug in power cord
   • try USB device.
