Back again, made a boo boo, was disconnecting my front usb cable from the motherboard and the whole connector dislodged from the board. The computer is a Lenovo K450 245 G SSD, 16 G Ram. Do I need to replace the motherboard?

Take it to a professional tech who can hopefully re-solder the the connector.

If it is flopping around loose, then I would take it in to have a pro fix it. If you pulled it all the way out and it is not shorting out anything, or in danger of coming into contact with something, and if you don't need that USB port, then I would not worry about it.

You say from the motherboard, is that true? Or did you pull it out of the case? It would take a huge amount of force to break it loose from the motherboard - if it was attached properly in the first place.
