USB Programming

    Does anyone know if a USB device can be reached from VB 6 or .net? I am looking into adding an IR reader to my program. The reader I want to use doesn't come with any drivers. I'm not really sure where to start with it. I have done serial with the MSComm control but it doesn't work with USB. Any ideas? Thanks for any ideas.
