I have a USB Stick and I can put SD Cards into it.

And my Blue Ray Player has a USB Port on it.
So I can look at Photos and Music and so on.

If I have a .VOB File or .MPG File I can Watch them as well.

But before I start Loading up my USB Stick I wanted to ask something?

Because I am going to be Pluging my USB Stick into my Blue Rays USB Port should I Format it as FAT32 or can I use NTFS?

The only thing I would add is that if any of the .VOD or .MPG files are greater than 4GB then NTFS would be the way to go as FAT32 has a 4GB file size limitation.

Granted .VOD files are not usually that large but .MPG video files can exceed 4Gb

If the USB stick is less than 32GB you can use FAT32, with FAT 32 the file size is limited to 4GB (as stated). There is a way to make a larger FAT32 paprtition if you Google it, still has the 4GB limit on file size. Most manufactures don't use NTFS and so there is exFAT (still Microsoft's) a smaller file system designed for removable media.
