usb video capture

    Hello,

    Under Device Manager, one of my video capture devices(A) is showing up under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, and my second video capture device(B) is showing under Sound,Video&Game Controllers.

    Is there a way to put (A) under Sound,Video&Game Controllers along with (B)?

    It might explain why I can't use MS Encoder9 with (A) but I can use it with (B).
