USB2 Tvtuner launch problem

    I have a Sabrent usb2 tvtuner that I use on a xppro OS however it seems to have a launching problem. I have to unplug and replug the usb connector and open and close the software whenever I want to start it, sometimes several times. Finally the picture will display, but is there a way to make windows recognize the device better the first time I try to launch it, so I don't have to fight with it so hard?
