right click any folders in IE favorites!!! I get a Microsoft IE error that pops up and then shuts down IE. I was wanting to get rid of that dang LINKS folder that is by default contained in the Favorites. So I went to where I usually go to get help with tweaks:http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Scroll to #93 on the right side. That's what I did, and now I can't right click on ANY folders in the Favorites w/out getting IE shut down. HELP! I have never had any trouble with any of those tweaks on that site.

Hi,
Next to that link is a link that says "undo". Try running that, should reverse it. I just helped someone remove it manually, its very easy to do, see here:

Start, Run and type in Regedit. Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

Double click: "LinksFolderName"
Delete the word "Links"

Open Internet Explorer and manually delete the Links folder from Favorites Menu.

Exit Registry and Reboot
