User Account Control.

I have created elevated shortcuts (to bypass UAC) for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Revo Uninstaller using ElevatedShortcut from Winaero. They are not focussed when opened. The same applies to CCleaner and Speccy that created scheduled tasks during installation.
Manually creating scheduled tasks to bypass UAC makes matters worse - the Command Prompt window briefly flashes. Is there any way to remedy the 'not focussed'?

Also, how do the other ± 20 programs I have installed, automatically bypass UAC? Is there a registry hack? They are not in Task Scheduler.
