I have XP Pro SP2 and my user accounts are missing some functions, particulary the delete account option. I have 4 users, including the admin and guest account and two limited user accounts. If I add a new account, the delete account option appears and I can delete it. That option does not appear on any of the other existing accounts. I realize you can't delete the admin unless you create another admin first, but when I did that I still didn't have the delete option on any existing accounts (including admin) and I can't change the type of account on any existing accounts, that option is greyed out.

Any ideas on how to fix this, I believe this might be the cause of me not being able to switch users or shut down/re-start the computer unless I use task manager. Also, the admin user is visible at start up and I thought it would only be visible if I started in safe mode. In fact, only the last user logged on shows up on start up and if you want to change users from there, you have to type in the user account name/password. Shouldn't all the users show up on start up?

Thanks in advance for any help/ideas!
