User Accounts And Office 365

Hello,
I have obviously set up my wifes account incorrectly. She can see all my files but can't access them. I think I have two separarte problems and I cant find out how to correct them.

Firstly I have set up two accounts on my PC, mine and my wifes. When my wife starts the pc and inputs her pin I notice she is signed in with my email address (Clicking the windows symbol bottom left) This doesn't seem right to me, surely it should be her email address?

Secondly I have shared my office 365 family subscription with my wife but she can see all my files, although she cannot access them. Again this seems wrong.

How do I go about editing her account so she signs in with her email address and shares my office 365 subscription but does not see my files.

I'm sorry if this is unclear, its a problem I cannot adequately describe!

I would be grateful for any advice anyone may have , I am getting nowhere with Microsoft because they assume I am just staring from scratch.
