   At logon, my Dell Optiplex 780 Win7 machine gives me this message:The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." 1.) How do fix this problem? 2.) How do I get to Safe Mode if I can't get past the original logon. 3.) I bought this machine used. I do not have a Win7 disk. I would greatly appreciate any help with these problems.
