User profiles

I haven't had much experience of using user profiles, but I have set them up on a couple of new PCs in the office to stop these people messing up by installing things they shouldn't. I installed the necessary programs via the Admin account, but one particular program will not run when logged into the user account. It opens fine in the Admin account, but gives a 'this program has encountered an error and must close' message when opened in the user account. I have installed other programs which work fine under the user account so I don't know what is causing this error in this particular program (QuarkExpress 4.1).

What do I need to do to cure this?
