I'm running two SATA drives and two IDE drives, plus a USB, so I know it works..

Does the drive show up in your BIOS?

yeah im sure it works but dont know why mine wont.
yeah the HD shows in the bios and Device manager
the only place its not shown is my computer
so i know its plugged in properly
also the HD was even recognised and driver was installed by windows automatically when i started my computer up after equipping the Hd to my PC
