using apache to make cutom http headers

    I found this site which explains how to edit http headers in iis so the page will prompt to download a video file instead of steam. How would I be able to do that in apache? I tried figuring out how to do this myself but I dont understand apache all that well since I've only been working on it for 3 days. any help would be appreciated!
