Using BigFix - Installation problem? Error message...

    Hi guys!!
    I installed BigFix, ran a spybot the other day and now I cant use BigFix, it has an error message when I try to run it:
    "error: a required .dll: OLEPRO.dll was not found"
    I tried re downloading it, re-installing it, but every time I try to use it, same error message comes up.

    What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!!!

    I would uninstall it, run CCleaner to clean out your temp files, and try installing again.
