    Welcome to Major Geeks.
I would strongly advise AGAINST using any registry cleaners. Always create more problems, sometimes causing a non-booting machine.
CCleaner is a good program WITHOUT the registry portion.
Won't hurt anything by having the others, although they would not be my choices.

It's an integrated part of windows, if you don't like the browser just don't use it, use Firefox or Opera instead.

As has already been stated, I wouldn't use any of those above reg cleaners due to how over ambitious and aggressive they can be. Using Ccleaner is fine.
As a personal preference, I don't like either of the two above programs, I used to use both but have since uninstalled them a long time ago. I much prefer:

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

    and...

    SUPERantispyware

I use the free versions of both and find they're far more effective than adaware and S&D.

Don't forget 2 of my favorites. SpywareBlaster and WinPatrol.

    Which should i keep.

    Advanced SystemCare 3 pro V.3.1.2
    or
    TUNEUP utilities 2009 V.8

as ccleaner only does minor utilities ?

And The Other Program is RegCure by ParetoLogic V.1.5.0.0 ---Not Regcare :confused

Hope you don't mind if I keep my opinions of the cleaners.
I have seen and had to re-do too many machines where they get too aggressive in cleaning and remove something that doesn't need to be removed.
The typical user assumes that the program knows what is needed, so they just click OK without checking what is listed for removal.
Next thing you know, they lose internet connection, some programs don't work, or worse, a no boot situation.
So, for now,I will personally stay away from the things.

    to keep
    3....Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Professional
    and
    4....Spybot - Search & Destroy
