Using Dell All-In-One Printer Software for PC Fax?

    My girlfriends grandpa is trying to send a fax from his pc, and he has a Dell all in one printer, we get the fax scanned, and the cover page created with all the numbers in correctly, after this stage you click finish but nothing seems to happen. Anyone sent a fax through PC modem before?

    Yeah I occassionally use a HP OfficeJet T45 series to send faxes (old way of communicating) and have to use the utility. All connected up to the telephone line properly and the line isn't being used by anything else?

    Yes nothing is using the line. Not connected to ISP so I dont know what the problem is it just like its not responding to the finalize button.
