help...trying to use Windows Media Player to create an MP3 disk.. (Data, not just a regular audio disk)

I have tried a few other pieces of software including Nero, just wanna test WMP to see how it works....

    any ideas on how?

I don't think WMP can do data. I find it hard to use when burining audio cd's too.

It deffinatly doesn't do Data, only audio.
however you can use the native burning software in xp if you right click on selected files then send to cd Drive
then go to cd drive and click on File - write these files to cd.
    or use nero :)
