I have a yagi antenna and I would like to set it up so I can pickup my Wifi signal in my garage instead of running a cable and all...

So I have an access point connected to my router and have the yagi antenna connected to the access point. I can receive the signal outside my garage fine, but inside the signal is next to nothing.

Can I setup another antenna or something by the garage to bring the signal into the garage?

You should but you have to place the Router (or second Access Point) near the place that the Antenna is since using a long Antenna coax would result in losing the gain.

I have a 3-4/5 signal outside my shop, but when I go inside I have 0 maybe 1. Can I put something outside the shop to bring signal in?

Yes, an Antenna outside with a cable going from the Antenna to a Wireless device inside.

So would I need like another Antenna and Access point?

How do you configure the 2nd AP, to repeat the signal?
