I did everything mentioned in the HOW TO: Debug Memory Dumps (Figure out what is causing a BSOD) at http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35246
But it doesn't help me any further since the Stop Error already gave me the file names that made the Stop Error occur.

    Windows XP Pro SP2
    Asus P5N-E SLI Mobo
    1 GB Corsair 800Mhz Memory
    Thermaltake Toughpower 600W PSU
    Western Digital hard drive
EVGA nVidia GForce Video card 7300 LE
    Soundblaster Audigy sound card

About 1 week ago I had a new motherboard installed in this computer because the old motherboard was defective (exact same mobo as I have now). The old mobo was in there for about 8 months only before installing the new mobo.

The Stop Error the first few times gave "USR_MDMV.sys" as the only filename in the stop error message. The stop error I wrote down was: Stop: 0x0000008E

Although now the stop error occured again and it says something totally different. It has adds the "DRIVER_IRQL" error and also adds "fltMger.sys".

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Stop: 0x000000D1
    fltMger.sys
    USR_MDMV.sys

So I assume this means the stop error was caused by USR_MDMV.sys for all of the stop errors, but the last one was contributed as well by fltMger.sys.

I googled both file names. I didn't come up with anything for USR_MDMV.sys but I'm thinking that obviously must be a driver for my US Robotics 56K modem. I also googled fltMgr.sys and it is the Microsoft Filesystem Filter Manager.

I went to us robotics website to see if any updates were available for their modem, but it seems I have the most recent driver update. I also completely reinstalled the us robotics driver and software on my computer, although this Stop Error issue is still happening.

I also made sure my Corsair memory had their settings correct. 5-5-5-12 at 800Mhz 1.9V. I even upped the volts to 2.1V since I thought perhaps the mobo was not accepting the memory as well as it should be. I also lowered the Mhz to 667Mhz to see if this fixed the Stop Error issues and it didn't.

Edit: Let me know if you want the system minidump and I'll attach.
