ut3 crashes

while in the middle of a game of ut3, it freezes, and i can't do anything,

my system specs are

Ultra M998 computer case
Gigabyte S-series motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo processor - core speed 1.8 ghz - overclocked to 2.25 ghz
2gb OCZ gamer edition gold edition 6400 speed ram
x800 Ati Radeon Graphics Card
Corsair 520 W power supply
160 gb western digital hard drive
22" samsung lcd widescreen monitor
microsoft ergonomic keyboard

I've installed the 1.1 patch for it

somebody help?

Hi

Does this happen in any other game/using PC in general?

My thoughts at present are one of heat issue, as you are overclocking.. as you will know this generates heat and as that game is also CPU and GPU intensive at times your temps maybe hitting a point in which you will get random lockups.

Check your temps.
Reduce your Overclock to standard spec and see if you still get lockups.

hmmm, thanks, i'll try that, although it doesn't lock up on any other game, although I don't have many games as new as ut3. thanks again
