Utorrent and Comodo(firewall)

OOOOOOOOOOOOk. There is a conflict here. I use Comodo Firewall and Utorrent. When used in conjuction, Comodo flags up everytime with the message saying that this program is too suspiscious, I think it tries to communicate with every port, e.g open every port it assosciates itself with. 20 messages flag up everytime its used with different ports until you click allow, then its followed by another 20 messages. I've switched to using BitTornado just now, it hasnt flagged up anything since I clicked the allow and remember box option on my firewall. How can I just make Comodo allow anything Utorrent throws at it?
