uTorrent error message...

Utorrent is running just fine, but in the logger, it says 'error -3: unable to map UPnP port xxxxx; 192.168.x.x:xxxxx'. But I have the port mapped and forwarded properly in my router. The error is logged every 15minutes and 13seconds EXACTLY. The uTorrent web site says to not worry if I have the green status check showing, which I do all the time. But the site says nothing else. Why am I getting this error message? Like I said, it's not affecting anything, my speeds are great, I'm just curious....

It no problem here if you don't download warez or illegal stuff.....

Plenty of thing to download using utorrent like linux and tons of others stuff.

For you problem hopperdave2000 i had the same problem i just un-tick the mapping thing...

On the setting connection i don't tick enable upnp mapping and randomize port after each start i have made a port for utorrent...

Check the faq for doing that on there site....

 

Yeah- I have randomize unchecked, and I do have a 'dedicated' port for uTorrent. I get excellent speeds: usually around 200-300k, sometimes over 650k so the error doesn't seem to be a problem....
