uTorrent issue

Hi i have multiple os's on my pc i have windows xp on my first hard drive and win 98 se on the second hardrive and i usually did all my utorrent work on windows xp but now i need to use windows 98 frequently so i was trying to make all my downloads on utorrent on windows xp work on 98 aswell i tried going to the directory of utorrent from win98 but it didnt work the download list was empty....
So how can i make utorrent work on both os's????

I would think that you should set up both versions of utorrent to use the same download directory Options>preferences>downloads.
You would also have to save the .torrent file to your computer so that you could open it in both XP and 98.

So if you start a torrent in Xp and the file downloads to C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Desktop when you switch to 98 you would double-click the .torrent file to start it and if you also have uttorent on 98 set to download to C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Desktop then utorrent will check the file before starting and only download the remaining pieces.

Utorrent stores all its data about which torrents you have running in C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\utorrent, I don't think there is any way to have both versions of utorrent share this folder automatically. I think the above should work.
