   I've been using the same old version of utorrent for years now (v1.6.1) and I'm very happy with it, but I've always had a nagging question in the back of my head, and I figured now was as good a time as any to ask it.... what's the difference between the outgoing encryption being "enabled" versus it being "forced"?
