V-Tuner 3

I have an issue with a program made available by GIGABYTE for my graphics card (GIGABYTE nvidia GeForce 8600GT 512 MB) V-Tuner 3, It's simple really. When I start the program up and error message comes up "Division by zero." and so the program doesn't work at all. Can anyone help?

but I'm afraid it was written by someone whose native language is not English. It is basicly an overview of the program's functions.
And then there is a PDF spec sheet (?) in Japanese:

Aside from these 2 sadly unhelpful urls, I can't find anything about this.
